Money-Back Guarantee and Policy for Purchased Products or Services

These policies apply to all products and services on the pavlo-tsybko.biz website.

  1. We guarantee a full refund for purchased digital products and/or services upon the customer’s first request.
  2. The warranty period is determined individually for specific products or services and is 10 days or more from the date of payment for online trainings, and 1 day or more for offline trainings. Refunds are issued within the warranty period specified at the time of purchase of the product or service (the warranty period is indicated on the advertising page).
  3. Refunds are issued upon receipt of a refund request from the customer sent to mail@pavlo-tsybko.biz using the email address to which the order was placed. This format is as follows:

Client’s first and last name;
Date and invoice number used to place the order;
Payment method;
Refund method (as per clause 7) and refund details (bank account or WebMoney, YandexMoney, or Privat 24 e-wallet number)

  1. Refunds are issued if the client (buyer) is not satisfied with the information received; therefore, all further relations are terminated completely.
  2. Refunds are issued ONLY upon presentation of a copy of the buyer’s passport (scanned document). This confirms that the funds will be sent to the buyer and not to another person. This restriction is necessary to prevent fraud.
  3. If a refund was requested by a buyer with whom the relationship has already been terminated (a refund for other products has already been made and the buyer has been blocked), no refund will be issued!
  4. Refund methods for the buyer:

Using the same method used to pay for the goods or services (except for payments through payment terminals). For example, if you paid with a WebMoney e-wallet, the refund will be credited to your WebMoney e-wallet account;
credited to your WebMoney e-wallet account if payment was made through self-service payment terminals or in cash at bank tellers;
to the buyer’s (individual) bank account;
to a PrivatBank card (for residents of Ukraine);
to the company’s bank account from which payment was made;

Important! The transfer fee, if any, will be deducted from the transfer amount. This means that the amount you will receive in your account will be less than the amount you paid for the item. The fee ranges from 0.8% to 5%, depending on the payment system selected for the transfer.

  1. The parties will strive to resolve any disputes, disagreements, and claims that may arise through negotiation via email.
  2. The refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Website Administration without notice to users (buyers). The current rules are posted on the website https://pavlo-tsybko.biz/politika-vozvrata/
