1. What information is required?
When you request information from my website or purchase any information product, I request your name, email address, and phone number (not always). This is because information products are constantly updated, and new, interesting courses and trainings, including free ones, are added. If you are interested in a specific information product, new, relevant products on the same or similar topic may also be useful. To help you familiarize yourself with the new information product, I will send you a special email to the address you provided. Among other things, I regularly request feedback on the quality of the products you purchased and any suggestions for improvement. If you intend to provide someone else’s data, you must first obtain the consent of that data owner. Please ensure that the data is entered correctly.
2. What happens to the personal information you provide to me?
I use your name, email address, and phone number for the following:
providing you with information, products, and services, and conducting surveys to identify your preferences;
processing your support requests;
sending you information about products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you (if you agree to receive them, of course);
sending you service-related messages (e.g., passwords for purchased information products);
monitoring the legal use of my products;
promptly resolving issues related to access to products, orders, etc. by the support team.
3. Who will have access to your information?
I use the smart messaging service at www.justclick.ru, www.getresponse.ru, bizon365.ru, and Bitrix24. This is where your information is collected and processed when I send out newsletters (new product advertising, surveys) or targeted emails. Information may be disclosed only in exceptional cases—as required by law, to protect against illegal activity, or to respond to other serious threats.
4. What are cookies?
Cookies are tiny text files contained on my website. They are sent to your computer when you visit the site. Cookies are used to track visitors, the number of visits, and their behavior on my website (for example, which pages are most interesting). If you wish, you can disable cookies in your browser. However, doing so may prevent some website functions from functioning correctly or may not be supported at all.
5. Security Considerations.
I strive to minimize the possibility of illegal copying or theft, unauthorized access, and unauthorized use of all personal information provided, including its disclosure, modification, or destruction. However, there are no absolute guarantees against this. Therefore, I kindly ask you to carefully guard your passwords and not share them with third parties. If you discover a data security breach (e.g., password breach), please notify me immediately.
6. Information about Children.
I fully agree that information about children should only be provided with adult permission. I ask all minor visitors to obtain permission from their guardians or parents before providing personal information. I do not collect data about children, and if I learn that personal information about anyone under 14 has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
7. Unsubscribe.
Receiving any materials through a form in which the user voluntarily provides their contact information automatically means you have subscribed to the relevant newsletter. However, you can unsubscribe from my newsletters or emails at any time or completely remove your contact information from the database by clicking the link located at the bottom of each email.
