Permission-Based Email Marketing Services

Email marketing works best when people chose to hear from your business and the messages remain useful to them. I help businesses plan and improve email programs for their own permission-based subscriber lists. I do not sell mailing lists or send campaigns to purchased, scraped, or otherwise unverified addresses.
What the service can include
- List and consent review: understand how subscribers joined, what they agreed to receive, and how preferences and opt-outs are recorded.
- Audience segmentation: group subscribers by relevant interests or actions rather than sending every message to everyone.
- Campaign planning and writing: build a useful editorial calendar, subject lines, email copy, and clear calls to action.
- Setup and testing: check templates, links, mobile display, authentication, and the unsubscribe journey before sending.
- Measurement: review delivery, engagement, clicks, unsubscribes, and the business outcome you agreed to track.
How a project starts
- We define the audience, purpose, offer, and success measure.
- You provide access to the email platform and evidence of how the list was collected. We do not import contacts whose permission cannot be established.
- I propose the campaign or lifecycle sequence, required assets, responsibilities, and a quote for the agreed scope.
- We test the messages, send only to the eligible audience, and review the results before the next iteration.
Responsible sending
Subscribers need a clear way to stop receiving marketing messages, and opt-out requests must be respected. Sending arrangements should also meet the requirements of the email provider and the laws that apply to the business and its audience. The exact platform, volume, schedule, and scope are agreed before work begins.
Request a proposal
Tell me your business, email platform, approximate list size, how subscribers joined, and what kind of emails you want to send through the contact option on this site. I will suggest a practical starting scope. There is no fixed legacy price list or promised revenue figure.
